You will spend a special stay in an apartment of approx 70 sqm completely renovated, with a large and comfortable living area, kitchen, bathroom and a large bedroom, from which the balcony opens onto the most important street of the city.
The entrance is totally independent, with a flight of stairs. The unique, very central location will allow you to live immersed in the atmosphere of Orvieto and reach all places of interest.
Shops, ancient artisan workshops, coffe bars, wine bars, restaurants, pastry shops and gardens flourish around the Suite: in all directions you will encounter wonderful and characteristic views, and endless opportunities to enjoy a good glass of wine in the wine bars, or good food in the best restaurants to enjoy of the typical Umbrian gastronomy.
And if you decide to cook at home, 20 meters from the Suite you have a supermarket and a fresh pasta shop always available.
You can also organize excursions by car or train, and in a short time reach magical villages such as Civita di Bagnoregio, Montepulciano, Chiusi, Città della Pieve, Assisi, and Bolsena; but also the great cities of art such as Rome, Florence, Siena, Perugia.
The apartment is equipped with free internet WI-FI. Heating and air conditioning are freely and independently programmable. All windows are equipped with mosquito nets, with soundproof and insulating frames. The drinking water tap is equipped with a purifier with a mixer for mineralized water.
