Just around the corner from Orvieto cathedral, there is a little shop in the Via degli Artigiani that calls to mind an amazing enchanted cavern. It is not surprising that there lives, amidst a myriad of characters, collections, dreams
and models, the magical, reassuring presence of the Wizard of Oz. He is the creator of these many marvels which, as happens in every fairy-tale world, transport the visitor on a charming journey. Everything is the “stuff of dreams” in
this workshop of Oz, a destination of choice for many celebrities.
Among so many wonders, the most tantalizing gems in the enchanted world of Oz are the hand crafted glass cabinets and bookcases, telling accurate and detailed biographies of customers. The Wizard has created these for many VIPs – both
Italian and foreign – but anyone can realize their dream of having one of these personalized and precious possessions to recount and preserve life’s most significant moments.

tells his “real story”. It is one where a magician lives, not by chance, on Via dei Magoni around the corner from the Cathedral, where he makes customized bookcases, backdrops and little theatres where all of us can play out our lives
and in which the magician himself has captured the memories.
