Entering the Trattoria la Palomba is like going to find an old friend, a beautiful hospitable house full of good things. A family management that began back in the 1965 where you can taste Orvieto traditional dishes today as then. Local cold cuts, black truffle, wild boar, pigeon, traditional pastas (tagliatelle, umbrichelli) but also traditional trattoria dishes such as “spaghetti all’Ascaro (special version of carbonara with black truffle) and the tagliatelle “alla Don Marcello”.
